标题[租屋] 9-12月studio sublet-B line

八月底毕业回台湾,所以要sublet apt from 9-12月 或是10-12月(可来信讨论)
地点 1156 Commonwealth Ave. (Close to super 88, shaws, harvard ave., BU)
房间 单人studio/有厨房/ 厕所/walk-in closet/冷气
这间studio在公寓lower floor,采光好
unfurnished,但是家俱(full size bed, futon,closet)都要转卖
房租 $1025含水费heat,电费大概一个月20左右,网路17,(basic cable+internet大概33)
