Contact with me-- [email protected] Room's and neighborhood photo http://www.wretch.cc/album/album.php?id=caramels3&book=5 房子地點位在B、C、D三條地鐵附近，非常方便 3分鐘可以走到B line (BU BC) 5分鐘到c line (EMERSON) 10分鐘到d line 是一間 one bed room split，我這間原本是客廳，可是跟室友進出的門分開完全不會有 要經過我房間的情況發生，隱私沒有問題，房間大約有6-8坪大，是木頭地板，在我搬進 來之前仲介公司已經重新打蠟牆壁也重新粉刷過了，我一星期打掃一次，房子狀況非常好 。 我房間的大傢具像床、床架、桌子、書櫃、鞋櫃、衣櫃通通都可以附贈，只要帶著行李住 進來就好。（如果你自己有傢具先跟我說我會把我東西都清掉。） 客聽裡有電視跟沙發和茶几跟室友共用 廚房用具一應俱全，鍋碗瓢盆、微波爐、烤箱、大同電鍋、熱水瓶都可以跟室友共用。 浴室的馬桶跟燈都在我們搬進來之前換過新的。 租金是675一個月包含熱水跟暖氣（這裡冬天很長，大約要開7個月暖氣，包暖氣很重要） ，電費跟瓦斯跟室友對分。 生活機能: 附近走路大約5分鐘就有超市 10-15分鐘到7-11及一些餐廳（有好吃泰國菜）跟商店（ liquored store, another supermarket, cloths store, starbucks, snacks store ） 搭b line約15分鐘可以到super 88（中國超市） 洗衣間在地下室，不用走到外面，投零錢就可以 走10分鐘或免費outbound c line可以到附近一個風景很漂亮的湖邊，搭免錢的outbound b line約5分鐘可以到 boston college 這一區是個環境單純的住宅區，治安是全boston最好的地方，房屋管理公司就在樓下隨時 有問題（東西壞了要修、繳房租）都可以下去找他們，連借螺絲起子都可以。 搬進來的日子可以商量，是希望從明年一月開始。 預付最後一個月房租 有任何問題請跟我連絡。 E-mail- [email protected] 這是房間跟附近環境的照片 http://www.wretch.cc/album/album.php?id=caramels3&book=5 --
