Contact with me-- [email protected] Room's and neighborhood photo http://www.wretch.cc/album/album.php?id=caramels3&book=5 房子地点位在B、C、D三条地铁附近，非常方便 3分钟可以走到B line (BU BC) 5分钟到c line (EMERSON) 10分钟到d line 是一间 one bed room split，我这间原本是客厅，可是跟室友进出的门分开完全不会有 要经过我房间的情况发生，隐私没有问题，房间大约有6-8坪大，是木头地板，在我搬进 来之前仲介公司已经重新打蜡墙壁也重新粉刷过了，我一星期打扫一次，房子状况非常好 。 我房间的大家具像床、床架、桌子、书柜、鞋柜、衣柜通通都可以附赠，只要带着行李住 进来就好。（如果你自己有家具先跟我说我会把我东西都清掉。） 客听里有电视跟沙发和茶几跟室友共用 厨房用具一应俱全，锅碗瓢盆、微波炉、烤箱、大同电锅、热水瓶都可以跟室友共用。 浴室的马桶跟灯都在我们搬进来之前换过新的。 租金是675一个月包含热水跟暖气（这里冬天很长，大约要开7个月暖气，包暖气很重要） ，电费跟瓦斯跟室友对分。 生活机能: 附近走路大约5分钟就有超市 10-15分钟到7-11及一些餐厅（有好吃泰国菜）跟商店（ liquored store, another supermarket, cloths store, starbucks, snacks store ） 搭b line约15分钟可以到super 88（中国超市） 洗衣间在地下室，不用走到外面，投零钱就可以 走10分钟或免费outbound c line可以到附近一个风景很漂亮的湖边，搭免钱的outbound b line约5分钟可以到 boston college 这一区是个环境单纯的住宅区，治安是全boston最好的地方，房屋管理公司就在楼下随时 有问题（东西坏了要修、缴房租）都可以下去找他们，连借螺丝起子都可以。 搬进来的日子可以商量，是希望从明年一月开始。 预付最後一个月房租 有任何问题请跟我连络。 E-mail- [email protected] 这是房间跟附近环境的照片 http://www.wretch.cc/album/album.php?id=caramels3&book=5 --
