標題[求救] toxic sequence的解決方式

我之後的實驗要做infectious clone
而我要做的病毒序列中含有一些toxic sequence會造成勝任細胞不穩定
我在paper上看到有段文字說 "To resolve this issue, we employed the BAC vector
pSMART-BAC, which contains transcriptional terminator sequences flanking
both directions of the cloning site, thus allowing the cloning
of toxic or unstable inserts.
我不太懂transcriptional terminator sequences在此的作用為何
他是怎麼讓toxic sequence在E. coli裡變穩定的
有大大可以幫忙解答嗎orz
