標題[求救] PiT-1△sm和PiT-1 flox/flox的差別?

最近讀paper看到這些專有名詞，大概知道是knock out的意思
但想知道詳細的差別在哪裡
希望版上的前輩能夠幫幫忙><
順便想請教一下這幾個名詞的正確唸法

黑特羅宅格是啥?可以拚英文嗎? 三角形不是delete的意思嗎?還是念delta?
sm是甚麼的縮寫?

後來有稍微查了一下
Cre mice和flox mice交配後產生的子帶即為△sm mice(gene KO 在特定tissue)
所以想請問各位flox mice 和 deleted mice差別只在於一個是無專一性KO
一個是專一性KO在特定組織
但兩者的target gene都有被knock out或 knock down嗎?
不好意思再麻煩各位了>.<

但是後面result有flox/flox mice和△sm mice做比較
所以應該是不一樣的

可是△sm mice為何會是無專一性的PiT1 KO?
多了SM22-Cre不是會專一性KO在VSMC上嗎?

所以Pit-1 flox/flox mice和WT是幾乎一樣的意思囉?
只是差在Pit-1 flox/flox mice其PiT-1 gene前後被lox包夾
讓CRE可以認出來這樣?
