標題[討論] peptide bond 會不會被NaBH4還原阿?

如題
我在Peptide 上修飾了 C=N 官能基
想要還原C=N 成為C-N單鍵
可是又怕Peptide bond O=C-N-H 的C=O也被還原
想請問有無這可能
或是有哪些還原試劑可以避免Peptide bond 被還原?
