標題[求救] SDS loading時sample無法沉在well底部

各位高手們你們好
小弟近來做實驗有些問題想請教大大們
是這樣的 我在做蛋白質的TCA與丙酮的沉降
沉降後的sample使用PBS回溶，但效果不佳
跑SDS膠片時，sample都會有白色塊狀卡在well中
導致跑膠的band歪歪的很醜
請問有沒有更好的回溶的buffer建議來使用或更好的改善方法??
