標題[求救] 關於single cell RT-PCR

我最近要做Dorsal Root Ganglia neuron 的acid-sensing ion channels (ASIC)
的Single cell RT-PCR (Nested RT-PCR)，但是關於該如何選定合適primer
如何optimize ，有些疑問
不知道有哪裡有相關references?
