標題[求救] oversized pcr band

嗨嗨各位大家好
今天做了pcr
template是total cDNA
沒有RNAse treated
用的是最普通的taq
extension time 2min, total 40 cycles
膠上卻出現了好幾條12k-14k的雜band
只跑template是很乾淨沒有東西的
有人知道可能發生什麼事嗎?
