标题[求救] oversized pcr band

嗨嗨各位大家好
今天做了pcr
template是total cDNA
没有RNAse treated
用的是最普通的taq
extension time 2min, total 40 cycles
胶上却出现了好几条12k-14k的杂band
只跑template是很乾净没有东西的
有人知道可能发生什麽事吗?
