朋友購買了EGF要做細胞培養的添加劑 說明書上建議：Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml This solution can be stored at 2-8度 for up to 1 week. For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein(example 10% Trehalose) and store in working aliquots at -20 to -80度. 因為所需用量非常非常少，希望能夠保存一年， 可是我們並沒有海藻醣或其他攜帶蛋白，況且要添加到細胞培養液裡面怕會出問題， 不知道各位高手有沒有其他的解決方式，麻煩大家幫幫忙!!! --
