標題[求救] PLA2 活性染

查了一些paper之後
我得到最接近完整的protocol 來自
Activation of phospholipase PLA2 actvity in Ricinus
communis leaves in response to mechanical wounding (2007)
大致的步驟如下
1. 純化PLA2 (詳細內容不贅述)
2. 以12% polyacylamide native gel分離
3. 用
buffer A incubate 10min, 重覆3 次
4. 加入 C6-NBD-PC (substract) incubate, 30'C, 1 hr.
這個protocol幾乎是完整的
但就是差在buffer A的配方 @@
它並沒有cite reference, 我請教google大神後也沒有結果 @@
不曉得有沒有哪位有作過相關實驗, 可以提供我資訊呢?
