標題[方法] Ab blockage實驗的control怎麼選

如題
我的實驗想要在medium中加入Ab來對cell表面的receptor作blockage
但問題來了~請問~我要加什麼當我的control比較好呢?!
IP會用total IgG當control, 溶在DMSO中的藥物會用DMSO當solvant control
那請問~我也要外加一個cell表面不會有的蛋白的Ab來當個control嘛!?
例如anti-β-galactosidase Ab嘛?!(我的細胞是mammlian cell)
