RT-PCR後的cDNA拿來P 2.3Kbp的基因(coding region)
試了很多次conditionc還是p不出來,也找學長姐問過了
都說沒p過這麼長的基因
想說可能是PCR步驟操作不好
就拿實驗室的Ppasmid(含有2Kbp某基因的Promoter)當作control試試
是有p出來,但是我要的還是沒出來
請問各位有好的建議嗎
