標題[討論] 有人在用membrane protein extraction kit嗎?

最近實驗室想採購萃membrane protein的kit，
想要看人類癌細胞跟小鼠癌細胞上receptor的表現，
不知道有沒有人有相關的使用經驗呢？
找了幾家公司的
PIERCE 可以萃取哺乳類、yeast、tissue的membrane protein
Millipore 可萃取cytoplasmic, nuclear, membrane, cytoskeleton protein,
但十分耗時 3-4hr
BioVision 一小時內可得cellular/plasma membrane及cytosol protein
KeyGen Biotech
