標題[問題] 請問Laminar flow的UV強度

由於paper上protocol有寫到RNA sample buffer要處理1200 mJ的UV 2分鐘
所以想請教一下Laminar flow的強度是多少呢?
不會要買一台專門照buffer的UV燈吧>"<
