標題[求救] 共同免疫沉澱法 "IP" 的問題想請教!!

當我把抗體 bis 以及 cell lyse混好反應隔天，
接著就是離心取得以上三者沉澱的混合物後，
會加入sample buffer加熱處理，
接著離心抽上清液做SDS PAGE分析。
但就在這一步驟中，
常常在為了吸取上清液又要避開吸到bis的過程中，
導致每個sample的loading量很難控制。
想請教有沒有更好的方式可以處理loading sample，
或者
乾脆就連同bis跟sample buffer混勻後，
就一起loading到gel中去跑電泳嗎?
