標題[求救] 請問關於Neutralism(中性學派)

最近上普通生物學
在談到突變的部分老師提到Neutralism的觀念
然後要我們去查起始者跟年代
因為GOOGLE查不到中文資料只好自己K英文
不過不確定對不對 所以只好來這邊求救
問題如下:
請問!!Francisco J. Ayala 在Gene voleme 261 issue 1發表的這篇
"Neutralism and Selectionism:the molecular clock"是否為中性學派的第一篇文章?
