標題[求救] 請問PSS(Poels' salt solution)

PSS(poels' salt solution)
看paper看到這個solution
網路上都找不到
作者將Drosophila 的brain ganglia 和midgut tissue
移植到PSS溶液~
我在猜是Drosophila的等張溶液嗎?
之後的步驟還有用collagenase處理
之類的
目的是要取得single cell
之後要做comet assay
實驗方法是
Howell and Taylor
也是查不到
可以麻煩有人在做comet 實驗室的人
麻煩告知我成分或是材料原理
