標題[求救] 有關二抗的問題anti-Rat IgG2a & IgG2b

最近要使用兩支Monoclonal antibody來做Western blotting
一支的Ig class是rat IgG2a
一支是Ig class是rat IgG2b
所以二抗理當要用goat(or other species) anti-rat IgG2a
以及goat(or other species) anti-rat IgG2b
但是這種針對IgG2a以及IgG2b的抗體很少且非常昂貴
不知道我可不可只使用goat(or other species) anti-rat IgG這隻抗體
來分別偵測rat IgG2a以及rat IgG2b
這樣可以成功嗎?
或是有人能建議使用anti-rat IgG Fab or anti-rat IgG Fc ?
希望有經驗且知道的版友能夠分享經驗 :)
也希望能提供可以做出來的antibody廠商
