標題[討論] 細胞transfection之後reseeding

我用293A cells
第一天 1 x 10六次方 seeding 在10cm dish
第二天 transfection (用CaCl2)
第三天 reseeding to 12 wells plate
遇到的問題是 第三天 加入trypsin後 細胞仍然貼的很緊不下來
大家都怎麻處理呢? 有人用刮的過嗎?

3F：推 zoom8080:trypsin可能沒力了，有時trypsin都只回到室溫~~ 12/25 20:45
