想請問有在做reporter gene assay的版友
我研究的promoter在加了想研究的藥物後
internal control的luc值會整組(我測4個well)下降
重複多次實驗後 都可以看到這種現象
看起來像是我加的藥物會去影響internal control表現
有這樣的可能性嘛？
