我目前的作法是將1)輸入fasta檔案到clustalw,2)做Multiple Alignments產生guide tree file(*.dnd),
3)使用Phylogenetic trees這個選項輸出tree的格式(Toggle Phylip format tree output),產出*.ph
4)之後將*.ph輸入到phyloDraw產生圖檔
不過我大概知道如何做
