Structure based similarly alignment 則是用比較龐大的三維資料量 例如每個分子的座標軸 之間的向量 所以優點是可以偵測到序列不像但結構像的(也就是比較準) 缺點就是很慢很慢(因為要比對的資料量很大) "References 1.
