Searching for 2 roommates for a June 1st move in! Spacious apartment in a great neighborhood close to Food Markets, YouBike, Sogo, many delicious restaurants and more! Located in Tianmu / Zhishan MRT station.
2間雅房月租金如下：
Room A: $8,500/月 (大房)
Room B: $7,500/月 (小房)
[公寓概況 Apartment Details]
★ 3房2衛，大客廳+餐廳，廚房(含廚具)，洗衣設備等，生活機能一應俱全
3 bedroom, 2 baths, large living/dining room + Full Kitchen & Laundry
★ 房租包含網路不斷線，水電瓦斯費用另計
Additional Fees: Water/Gas cost extra but WiFi is paid under the rent
★ 沙發、單人床(含床墊)等家具，應有盡有
Sofa, Furniture, Single Bed + Mattress are included
★ 公寓位於5樓，無電梯，為您省下上健身房的時間與會費
