Searching for 2 roommates for a June 1st move in! Spacious apartment in a great neighborhood close to Food Markets, YouBike, Sogo, many delicious restaurants and more! Located in Tianmu / Zhishan MRT station.
2间雅房月租金如下：
Room A: $8,500/月 (大房)
Room B: $7,500/月 (小房)
[公寓概况 Apartment Details]
★ 3房2卫，大客厅+餐厅，厨房(含厨具)，洗衣设备等，生活机能一应俱全
3 bedroom, 2 baths, large living/dining room + Full Kitchen & Laundry
★ 房租包含网路不断线，水电瓦斯费用另计
Additional Fees: Water/Gas cost extra but WiFi is paid under the rent
★ 沙发、单人床(含床垫)等家具，应有尽有
Sofa, Furniture, Single Bed + Mattress are included
★ 公寓位於5楼，无电梯，为您省下上健身房的时间与会费
