1.什麼pI值的溶液會最先流出CMC與DEAE？
2.為何polystyrene attached with strong sulfonic acid group(strong cation-ex-
changer)不能用於蛋白質的色層分析？
3. problem on p.11.
4. Find out the structure of polystyrene resin and where it can be added sul-
fonic acid group.
5. 寫出Ninhydrin reagent作用反應式，並解釋為何不能使用此法hydrolyze proline？
6. Why Asp is the first peak in the elution chromatogram?
(在p.14"Amino acid analyzer"中還有一題"Explain the elution......
兩題有重複感。)
