2.为何polystyrene attached with strong sulfonic acid group(strong cation-ex-
changer)不能用於蛋白质的色层分析？
3. problem on p.11.
4. Find out the structure of polystyrene resin and where it can be added sul-
fonic acid group.
5. 写出Ninhydrin reagent作用反应式，并解释为何不能使用此法hydrolyze proline？
6. Why Asp is the first peak in the elution chromatogram?
(在p.14"Amino acid analyzer"中还有一题"Explain the elution......
两题有重复感。)
