標題[請益] 稅務居民的問題

請問稅務居民的183規則
是以會計年度計算的嗎?
比方說我今年一整年都在同個城市
但9月30離境
所以第二會計年度報稅的時候
因為6月30~9月30不滿183天
所以不能以稅務居民身分退稅嗎?
