看到陳鏞基來到A's 當然很高興 想起季中看到的一篇文章 記那時剛選完秀,有人問Baseball American 的編輯群 誰是未來A's的二壘手 (From Baseball American issue NO.0817 ) Who will be the Athletics' future second baseman: '08 first-round pick Jemile Weeks or trade acquisitions Adrian Cardenas or Eric Patterson ? (Weeks, Cardenas, Patterson 這三人,誰是未來綠帽的二壘手?) Weeks. He's as good a hitter as any of the A's second-base prospects. He's the quickest of the three players, a legitimate stolen-base threat and a potential No. 1 or 2 hitter. He also is the best defender of the trio, through none of them is a standout comparable to A's incumbent Mark Ellis. (Weeks 是A's目前二壘手prospects中最好的打者,他有三人中最快的速度 有盜壘的能力,適合擔任一,二棒,也是三人中守備能力最好,不過還比不上Ellis) Cardenas is the best of of the three in terms of hitting for power and average, and he has enough arm strength that I think Okaland will make room for him at third third base. (Cardenas 則擁有最好的power和average 因為他的強勁臂力,有可能使綠帽將他放在三壘的位置) Patterson has solid tools but is lacking defensively at second base and ceter field. (Patterson 工具人,但在二壘跟中外野的防守略嫌不足) 如果Ellis 會留到2011年 那時Weeks也差不多成熟了,而Cardenas 可能也會因為他的打擊轉到其他位置 至於陳鏞基是否能在綠帽卡到先發,或是只是替補,抑或只是過客 小弟我就不太會分析了 還有請板上大大的分析 --
