標題[求救] 網路時好時壞

1. 敘述問題：
間歇性有些網頁會開不起來，
詭異的是明明就ping得到，
firefox會跟我說server not found
或者是網頁只開一半 @@
譬如facebook開起來只有上面那一條藍色的bar...
重點不給我看（翻桌）
可是telnet跟skype連線中的話，倒是不會被斷線
查了一下，版上其實有類似的老文章，可是我沒看到解法 Orz

找過，沒有那種東西說，
就連唯一的google toolbar for IE都已經刪掉了

目前自己找到一個很蠢的解決方案，
清dns緩衝，
icconfig/flushdns
可是一直沖總是很詭異阿...
