标题[求救] 网路时好时坏

1. 叙述问题：
间歇性有些网页会开不起来，
诡异的是明明就ping得到，
firefox会跟我说server not found
或者是网页只开一半 @@
譬如facebook开起来只有上面那一条蓝色的bar...
重点不给我看（翻桌）
可是telnet跟skype连线中的话，倒是不会被断线
查了一下，版上其实有类似的老文章，可是我没看到解法 Orz

找过，没有那种东西说，
就连唯一的google toolbar for IE都已经删掉了

目前自己找到一个很蠢的解决方案，
清dns缓冲，
icconfig/flushdns
可是一直冲总是很诡异阿...
