標題[求救]services.exe和smss.exe

1. 敘述問題：
小紅傘一直檢查到C:\System Volume Information\Microsoft下的smss.exe和
services.exe為malware，而且好像只是把它複製一份到隔離所，並沒有刪除，
而手動進去刪也刪不掉，現在小紅傘還是一直在叫。
2. 系統資料：
使用的作業系統:Windows Vista
使用的防毒軟體:Avira
