标题[求救]services.exe和smss.exe

1. 叙述问题：
小红伞一直检查到C:\System Volume Information\Microsoft下的smss.exe和
services.exe为malware，而且好像只是把它复制一份到隔离所，并没有删除，
而手动进去删也删不掉，现在小红伞还是一直在叫。
2. 系统资料：
使用的作业系统:Windows Vista
使用的防毒软体:Avira
3. 分析报告：
