乳房切片報告 PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS: Breast, left (L/1/1), excision. (1) Tubular adenoma. (2) Microcalcification. GROSS DESCRIPTION The specimen submitted consists of multiple tissue fragments measuring up to 1 .6 x 0.6 ? 0.2 cm in size fixed in formalin. Grossly, they are tan and soft. All for section. MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION Microscopically, the breast shows fragmented tubular adenoma with well defined border: and composed of densely packed, small, and round tubules lined by an inner layer of luminal epithelial cells and an outer layer of myoepithelial ce lls. Sparse fibrovascular stroma intervening tubules is seen. Microcalcificati on is also noted. 想要知道為什麼醫生跟我說是良性的 不是切片是已經開刀完整取出了 可是卻又說以後半年還要再去檢查一次 乳房攝影這種東西不是每年檢查就好了嗎 讓我跟著好緊張 --
