GROSS DESCRIPTION The specimen submitted consists of multiple tissue fragments measuring up to 1 .6 x 0.6 ? 0.2 cm in size fixed in formalin. Grossly, they are tan and soft. All for section. MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION Microscopically, the breast shows fragmented tubular adenoma with well defined border: and composed of densely packed, small, and round tubules lined by an inner layer of luminal epithelial cells and an outer layer of myoepithelial ce lls. Sparse fibrovascular stroma intervening tubules is seen. Microcalcificati on is also noted. 想要知道为什麽医生跟我说是良性的 不是切片是已经开刀完整取出了 可是却又说以後半年还要再去检查一次 乳房摄影这种东西不是每年检查就好了吗 让我跟着好紧张 --
