標題[問題] 前哨淋巴結切片報告

家人日期因為肢端黑色素細胞瘤開刀，同時檢查淋巴前哨，其報告如下：
Lymph node Number of sentinel lymph node examination/positive: 1/0 SOX10 and Melan-A stains
請問這是一般染色跟特殊染色均為陰性的意思嗎？
主治醫生只有告知淋巴前哨未測出轉移，但問第二醫囑則告知要看是否兩種染色均為陰性。
