标题[问题] 前哨淋巴结切片报告

家人日期因为肢端黑色素细胞瘤开刀，同时检查淋巴前哨，其报告如下：
Lymph node Number of sentinel lymph node examination/positive: 1/0 SOX10 and Melan-A stains
请问这是一般染色跟特殊染色均为阴性的意思吗？
主治医生只有告知淋巴前哨未测出转移，但问第二医嘱则告知要看是否两种染色均为阴性。
