標題[問題] 有誰可以解釋一下..

問題是這樣的
Explain why the level of profit/loss shown in the profit and loss
account does not equate with the increase/decrease in cash during the year.
因為沒念過會計 所以有一點不太了解他到底是想要表達什麼
不曉得能否請達人解釋呢^^
