标题[问题] 有谁可以解释一下..

问题是这样的
Explain why the level of profit/loss shown in the profit and loss
account does not equate with the increase/decrease in cash during the year.
因为没念过会计 所以有一点不太了解他到底是想要表达什麽
不晓得能否请达人解释呢^^
