我剛才才看到原PO推文說問題是在英文
我大概
翻譯一下 原PO應該就知道答案了
因為我會計沒有用中文學過 很多專業名詞的中文都不懂 所以專業名詞還是用英文表示 :)

這句話直翻的話太拗口了，大意是說IRR算出來是一個rate of return，
而不是用discount rate算出答案後去作結論我要不要接受這project。
