我刚才才看到原PO推文说问题是在英文
我大概
翻译一下 原PO应该就知道答案了
因为我会计没有用中文学过 很多专业名词的中文都不懂 所以专业名词还是用英文表示 :)

这句话直翻的话太拗口了，大意是说IRR算出来是一个rate of return，
而不是用discount rate算出答案後去作结论我要不要接受这project。
