標題[請問] TS轉檔?

自從網路上下了30G的紅白歌唱大賽TS檔，有很多人想要，無奈於隨身碟不夠大，又無
隨身硬碟，所以想要壓縮，請問各位大大，小弟想要壓縮成大概16GB大小，
要如何設定，還有要用甚麼轉檔呢?
