标题[请问] TS转档?

自从网路上下了30G的红白歌唱大赛TS档，有很多人想要，无奈於随身碟不够大，又无
随身硬碟，所以想要压缩，请问各位大大，小弟想要压缩成大概16GB大小，
要如何设定，还有要用甚麽转档呢?
