昨天的更新: Finally cancelled for the day! Disappointing day for the tennis but after waiting at the courts all day we can go home like the men did 2 hours ago. Stosur complained that no official came to the players to notify them of the change for 45 minutes and that both women were left frustrated and wondering what was going on. 首先 過去說話一向非常謹慎(外交辭令)的Sam Stosur 在她和Kirilenko的比賽從Arthur Ashe球場被移到另外一個球場後 對主辦單位提出(至少以她的標準來說)嚴厲指責 Stosur 抱怨 在45分鐘的時間內 主辦單位沒有一個人來跟球員提醒她們要換球場 這讓她們兩個人 感到非常沮喪 而且也不知道到底發生了什麼事 (以下恕刪) 總之意思就是 連Sam這個謹言慎行的人都開口抱怨了 可見今年的美網有多糟... 另外一篇頗有趣的報導 http://0rz.tw/PAEVg Is Women's Tennis Too Nice? 內容在討論現在的女網已經不像以前場外都互不往來 反而很多頂尖球員場外都是好朋友 (不過文章裡提到 也有人表明沒辦法跟同行當好朋友 例如莎娃跟柳橙娃) 而場外的友好關係會不會影響到場內的表現? 文章最後的最後有訪問Sam 她的看法是: "If Federer and Nadal can seemingly get along so well, then why can't everyone else?" she said. "They've got one of the greatest rivalries in sports." 納豆跟費爸場外似乎處得很好 而他們依然是運動場上最佳的競爭對手 既然他們可以 其他 人為什麼不行? --
