我開始有點懷疑其他區是不是常有這些參賽條件(次數/年齡/學籍)的困擾
相關的規則感覺起來還滿常變動(或是講得更詳細, 精確)
譬如今年大會的 regional rule

今年加上一條, A team member who is unwilling or unfit to compete in
the World Finals will be disqualified from further ICPC competitions.
另外一個對我們影響可能沒那麼大的:
接下來的這個 final 會決定是不是要把 Pascal 從再下一次 final 的
language list 中拿掉.
(不過, regional contest 的 programming language 不一定會跟 final 相同)
