我开始有点怀疑其他区是不是常有这些参赛条件(次数/年龄/学籍)的困扰
相关的规则感觉起来还满常变动(或是讲得更详细, 精确)
譬如今年大会的 regional rule

今年加上一条, A team member who is unwilling or unfit to compete in
the World Finals will be disqualified from further ICPC competitions.
另外一个对我们影响可能没那麽大的:
接下来的这个 final 会决定是不是要把 Pascal 从再下一次 final 的
language list 中拿掉.
(不过, regional contest 的 programming language 不一定会跟 final 相同)
