一、主文
ZhuBeiCity
水桶144日、
违规文章退文1篇、
删除4篇。
二、说明
ZhuBeiCity以[闲聊]分类发表含有「买屋意图」之文字且附上联络方式，
应视为「以[买]以外之文章分类发表买屋文」违反本板使用规范第十四条第三项
第二款第一目；其於本板多次发表以不当用词贬低数个特定地区人民及文化素养之文字，
且业经本板多次以删除文章方式责令其不得引战地区，讵料其无视於劝导执意为之，
现就使用者所检举之文章二篇与推荐值小於负十之文章二篇合计四篇，
依违反本板使用规范第十一条第三项处断。
前开二行为分别依

处水桶九十日及四次水桶十四日，合计处一百四十四日、退文一篇。
