标题[问题] 电影字幕翻译价格（已爬文）

最近有一家国外公司向我接洽，应徵他们的英进繁中字幕译者
该公司专门接欧美电影的字幕（应该是院线片or so they say）
他给我的报价如下：
· Translation: 2.00 USD per minute of runtime
· Proofreading: 0.350USD per minute of runtime
这样算下来，如果是一小时，就是120 USD
爬文之前有些文章好像一小时合理价格应该是4000~4500
这样的报价是否太低？
不过对方信里提到自己公司有proprietary software，比一般字幕软体省事，
"........As part of the translation process,
you will be receiving an English timed file
along with an empty shell file that you would use in translation,
a process that eliminates the time usually spent
in time-spotting of subtitles."
所以是否他的报价低，是因为他们自己的软体可以省掉很多字幕翻译上的麻烦？
