标题[请教] 请问该怎麽翻比较好

最近遇到一些句子，但小弟发现越简单的句子就越难翻得好...
请教以下几句该怎麽翻才翻得精准
1.不论油量超过或是少於规定量，都会对引擎造成不良影响
2.请用杯子等容器装的水来清洗眼睛15分钟以上；
如果用水压过大的水清洗可能会造成眼睛疼痛。
因为以上的句子是我已经从日文翻成中文了
所以会有一些句法的问题...
譬如说第一句我当下直觉反应要用no matter开头
但後来发现好像没办法...
第二句一开始搞不懂为什麽要用杯子装的水(矿泉水?!)
後来才明白是水压的问题
但不知道怎麽才能精准的表示「先用杯子装水然後再使用装在杯子里的水」
以下是小弟的翻译
1. Either the exceeding or insufficient amount of oil will cause bad
influences to engine.
2. Please wash the eyes with the water which is poured in containers such
as glass over 15 minutes. The eyes may ache if it is washed by
high-pressure water.
不知道版上的各位强者大大会怎麽翻?
